The goal of many undergraduate students in higher education is to succeed in their academic career,  leading them to success and satisfaction in the future.

While there are many ways of going about this, mentoring is one means of increasing a student’s exposure to ideas, connections and friendships when forming a career trajectory.

In our experience, the impact of a mentor makes a world of difference.
Since 1991, New College has provided opportunities for 3rd and 4th year students to explore career opportunities with alumni/ae and friends through its Career Mentorship Program. This extraordinary program connects students with experienced individuals in a wide range of careers such as law, medicine, writing and editing, banking, education and much much more.

The program is tailored to provide students with a high level of career guidance to assist in their career aspirations and provide direction in selecting courses that will help launch their careers.
